So, I have a question and would love to get responses.
In the beginning, when you first decided that you wanted to get healthy and have a ripped body; how much time and how many days in a week did you commit to the gym? Were your days filled with 2 hour gym sessions of straight lifting, or was it every other day? The last part of the question is, once you committed to the routine you liked, how long did it take you to go from flabby to ripped?
